神奇的LP28敏立清益生菌

Steven因為之前在科技業工作，工作過量又沒有按時吃飯，搞壞了身體。後來了解健康的重要，所以這五六年來，除了每天三餐的正常飲食外，一直都養成每天吃營養補充品的習慣。唯獨在睡眠上仍有不足，並在長期工作壓力的摧殘下，身體的免疫系統難免失調。

Steven在運動上，仍是每周固定3~4次的運動，但是每次去游泳池游完泳時，總會不自覺的流鼻水，一流就是2~3小時，使我對於游泳是既愛又恨。

每天Steven早上起床時，也總會不自覺的流鼻水，鼻子過敏大約1小時就會恢復了。

鼻子過敏流鼻水這事，雖然不是大病，也不會對生活造成很大的困擾，但心裡總是懸著，想想也許是在台北住久了，大概是因為空氣及塵螨的關係，也可能是因為免疫系統的關係。不過，Steven倒是不以為意。

大約兩周前，朋友Wilson來Steven這，送了Steven一盒LP28敏立清益生菌，他知道Steven對於鼻子過敏及免疫系統一直都有些小問題，他說這個LP28敏立清雖然上市不久，對於他們全家（尤其是他的小孩）在過敏的改善上有很大的幫助。Steven認識Wilson多年，知道他們全家都有很嚴重遺傳性異位性皮膚炎的問題。這家人也因此困擾很久，早期在溫哥華移民居住時，過敏問題還沒這嚴重，沒想到前兩年一搬回台灣時，皮膚過敏問題就馬上嚴重許多（可能是因為台灣氣候潮濕、空氣較為混濁的關係）。Steven聽到Wilson說這個LP28敏立清益生菌對他們有幫助時，Steven也是躍躍欲試。

Steven開始時，也是半信半疑，不過還是按時每天三餐飯後各吃一包，原本以為他是一般的營養補充品，沒想到，這個廠商（悠活原力）真是用心，將產品的口味設計得跟養樂多的味道一樣，味道很好，不樣一般的營養補充品的親和力不強。另外，這個廠商將產品設計得很像零嘴一般，相信小朋友一定會很愛的。難怪我這朋友大力推薦。呵呵～～敏立清益生菌的味道，讓Steven回想到小時候媽媽給Steven吃的養樂多。

Steven很按時地吃了一周，呵呵～～沒想到當周的周日早上起床時，Steven下意識地去廁所小便時，當然也會拿起衛生紙擤鼻涕時（當然還是會有鼻水的），可是，五分鐘後，就不會流鼻水了。Steven當下才突然覺得………怎麼這麼神奇。不過，Steven還是下意識地覺得不大可能，想想可能是最近的睡眠比較多的緣故吧！？

Steven抱持著研究的精神，停了兩天沒吃，結果早晨的鼻水馬上如雨下一般。接下來三天又按時三餐飯後一包，三天後，早晨的鼻水情形大為改善，Steven才相信LP28敏立清在鼻子過敏改善及免疫系統提升的功效。

Steven也納悶，小小一個台灣的廠商可以做到這樣，Steven也是研發出身，就仔細地看看盒子上的說明。再上網查查盒上說到的三大專利，LP28減敏菌專利、LASW抗病菌專利及第四代抗酸鹼三層包埋專利，好奇的上網google一下，這三個專利真的是這個小小的工廠就申請及研發出來，還有很足夠的臨床驗證，難怪Wilson會這麼地推崇。

Today I listened to a speech about the basic concepts of branding. The speaker is James Soames, the director of subkarma. James is pretty prfessional on branding, and he did try to use the friendly way to explain what branding is. Here are the notes that I wrote：
1. Are these brands?
a. Nike： it is a symbol
b. IBM：it is a monogram
c. SAKURA：it is a icon
d. BenQ：it is a logo
All these are trademarks. They are symbols of a brand, and trademarks are NOT brands.
2. CIS=Brand?
CIS=corporate identity system
CIS is not a brand... It is a "guide book" for a consistent image.
3. What is a brand？
A brand is not visual only, and it can touch any of our 5 senses
a. Sound ex. the standard melody of “intel inside”
b. Touch ex. Holding a bottle of Coca Cola
c. Smell ex. When drive a new Toyota car, you will get the strong smell from the special Toyota-type leather. Actually all the different brands of NEW cars have their own fragrances because the car makers deliberately spray them in order for the potential buyers to enjor driving new cars.
d. Taste ex. Corn Flakes
CIS and trademarks are part of a brand, but a brand is more than that.
a. A brand is a perception. Or a "gut feeling"
b. A brand is declaration of who you are & what you believe in
c. A brand is promise to -and by- all those involved in the business
4. Confusion with sales & marketing
Sales：How many products can we sell?
Marketing
a. how should we price our product?
b. how should we position our product?
c. how should we promote our product?

Branding：How can we influence our customer's perception of us (not product)?
5. Brand rules
Rule 1：Understand what biz you are in
